ABOUT US
“Justice is not only measured by legal outcomes, but by how people are treated throughout the process.”
OUR PURPOSE
The Echo Campaign exists to advocate for meaningful justice reform that strengthens accountability and improves outcomes for victim-survivors. We work to bring lived experience, research and informed perspectives into conversations about how the justice system can better respond to the people who rely on it.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, collaboration and respect. We value lived experience alongside research and professional expertise, believing meaningful change is built through evidence, open dialogue and a willingness to listen, learn and evolve.
OUR COMMITMENT
We are committed to advocating for meaningful change that strengthens accountability and improves outcomes for victim-survivors. We will continue to listen, learn and contribute to reform that reflects lived experience, is informed by evidence, and helps build a more effective and responsive justice system.
OUR FOUNDER
Anastasia Treharne
Anastasia founded The Echo Campaign following her experience navigating the criminal justice system as a victim-survivor. Her experience highlighted the difference between the principles of justice and the reality faced by those seeking accountability through the system.
Through The Echo Campaign, Anastasia advocates for meaningful justice reform that strengthens accountability and improves outcomes for victim-survivors.
Drawing on lived experience, research and advocacy, Anastasia works to bring greater attention to the areas of the justice system that require reform, and to advocate for changes that create lasting accountability for victim-survivors and the wider community.
